JOB DETAILS:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities
• Manage front desk operations, reception, and phone calls
• Coordinate scheduling, bookings, and appointments
• Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person
• Assist with invoicing, billing, and payment processing

• Order supplies, maintain office inventory, and ensure operational efficiency

• Support marketing initiatives and social media management

• Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures

Qualifications
• Diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• At least 1year of administrative experience
• Proficient in MS office.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
