DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate activities throughout the organisation to ensure efficiency and ma i n t a i n compliance with its policy
• Supervise members of the administrative staff, equally dividing responsibilities to improve performance.
• Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondences Support in bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the organisation. Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures.
• Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so and any other duties assigned.
• Ensure that the office premises are clean and secure at all times.
• Ensure asset management and reporting any incidents.
• Accurately manage inventory in stores when mandated.
• Support the office.
• Follows up patient inquiries, requests, complaints and keeps them updated about progress. Provides helpful information to client.
