JOB SUMMARY
The National Commercial Sales Manager: Agro-input products is responsible for planning, implementing, and tracking sales, marketing, distribution, and product development programs, both short and long-term, targeted toward existing and new commercial farmers, projects and relevant key accounts for agro-input products. Grow and drive introduction of new products for the segment e.g organic/organo-mineral, inorganic fertilizer solutions, water soluble and chemicals. The National Commercial Sales Manager drives the necessary measures to reach projected volumes and gross profit margins for the commercial segment
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing and implementing strategic sales, marketing, and distribution plans and forecasts for commercial farmers and relevant key accounts.
