Function
The Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Assistant under the technical guidance of the Country Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MELs) Manager, will provide MELs support to the DREEM Hub project and, as such, work in close collaboration with respective project partners and their M&E leads. S/he will be responsible for assisting in the creation of a strong effective link between the project activities, MELs activities and for proposing appropriate intervention-level data approaches and for supporting the design of data collection, analysis and dissemination strategies…
