Job Purpose
The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer plays a crucial role within the project team, ensuring that project activities align with established objectives and deliver measurable outcomes. The officer will be responsible for designing and implementing monitoring frameworks that track progress, analyse data, and assess the impact of project initiatives. By engaging with relevant stakeholders, the officer will foster an enabling environment conducive to knowledge sharing and collaboration, ensuring that all parties are informed and actively participating in achieving project goals. Conduct regular field visits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
