Summary
The M&E Officer will be responsible for ensuring technical and monitoring rigor in the planning and scaled execution of projects being implemented at the national, regional, district, and primary healthcare levels. Additionally, liaising with District staff, other partners, and donors regarding technical strategy, monitoring, and evaluation of project deliverables and targets.
Background
The mission of Health Access Connect is to link remote communities to healthcare. HAC currently pursues this mission through four programs:
• Medicycles: We help remote communities bring government health workers and their medicines to their villages monthly. In these outreach clinics health workers give HIV testing, anti-retroviral treatment, immunizations, perinatal services, family planning, and many other services available in rural health centers.
