Role Summary
The Medical Director (MD) is a country level position reporting to the Country Director (CD), overseeing all medical processes for OneWorld Health in Uganda. This position will plan, execute, and evaluate all activities related to healthcare service delivery in Uganda, strengthening policy and processes, conducting clinical audits, ensuring compliance, providing training, and supporting the CD to strategically guide the organization to achieve its goals.
