Job Summary
To deliver revenue, retention and cross sell budgets across all assigned product lines for the Telesales & Retention unit ensuring consistent high level team productivity
Business
• Deliver your revenue target
• Ensure Portfolio coverage by all team members
• Manage outbound activities for all agents in the team
• Ensure delivery of targets for all retail product lines as required by the business
• Manage costs within agreed limits
