Job Description
• Manage the formulation, management, and execution of Airline’s Corporate Strategy, Business and Subsidiary Strategies
• Investigate and evaluate new revenue lines through market research, customer analysis, and trend identification.
• Collaborate with airline heads of departments and business functions to cascade the Strategy and ensure alignment at all levels.
• Investigate and evaluate market size, competitor accomplishments and industry structures and make recommendations for the EXCO and senior management for appropriate competitive responses or actions to be taken
• Undertake a market scan at a local, regional, and global level for appropriate and relevant strategic partnerships, new business models, complementary revenue opportunities and new growth drivers for the airline.
• Manage the integration of strategic initiatives into budgets and business plans at a business unit level and strategic level.
