POSITION DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Manager Saccos and Government Payments
REPORTS TO: Head Fintech Business
JOB PURPOSE
• The Job holder will be responsible for managing SACCOS and government agencies, acquisition cycle of partners, revenue growth, profitability, portfolio growth, relationship management, business case development, product development, user acceptance tests while coordinating technical integrations with clients, customer experience, usage uptake and go live.
Key Responsibilities /Key Deliverables
• Identify, engage prospective Saccos and government agencies to be integrated to the wallet with understanding of client needs and aligning solutions that meet the needs.
• Manage end to end the new client onboarding process that includes acquisition, KYC verification, contracting, Product design, development, acceptance testing, client training, product usage and retention.
