JOB DETAILS:
Role Overview:
The Manager (Principal Officer) for Bancassurance will drive the sales and management of Bancassurance products in partnership with insurance providers. This position requires building relationships, meeting sales targets, and ensuring regulatory compliance in Bancassurance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the Bancassurance business.
• Manage relationships with insurance providers and other stakeholders.
• Train and support bank staff in promoting Bancassurance products.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the Bancassurance business.
• Monitor sales performance and generate reports for senior management.
• Identify opportunities to expand the Bancassurance product portfolio.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, or Business Administration (professional certification in insurance, such as ACII or a related qualification, is an added advantage).
• At least 5 years of experience in Bancassurance, Insurance, or Financial Services.
