KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Effectively build relationships in workplace banking and provide direct support to sales teams in managing these relationships.
• Successfully cross-sell and deep-sell the bank’s services and products to the target market to grow the retail banking portfolios per established targets.
• Develop opportunities to increase commission-based income and create awareness to continuously increase usage of dfcu branches and electronic delivery channels.
• Acquire new business through the DSR channel to grow the balance sheet.
• Train, coach and manage the Direct Sales Representatives to attain the required productivity.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and other relevant bodies to ensure that the company maximizes its sales potential.
