JOB DETAILS:
Mission/ Core purpose of the Job
To deliver key advanced data analytics projects, data driven pricing and innovative data solutions to
serve the entire company and contribute to the improvement of data platform developments and
efficiency within Business Intelligence division
Main Job Functions:
• Support the Shareholder return strategy by implementing the Division’s processes that are aligned to achieving all elements on the business score card. (I.e. Grow Market Share Grow ICT & Data Revenue, Increase EBITDA margins, Assure Revenue, CAPEX Returns Management and Net Subscriber Additions).
• Participate in Business Processes (i.e process optimisation through automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability) to drive efficiency gains to ensure at least 5% reduction in Divisional budget year-on-year.
• Serve MTN UG’s customers and provide solutions to improve the customer experience.
• Improve MTN UG’s Net Promoters Score
