Job Purpose:
The Leasing Workshop Coordinator will oversee and coordinate all lease vehicle repairs and maintenance operations in the workshop, ensuring efficient and timely service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate leasing operations.
• Schedule vehicle inspections.
• Reduce vehicle downtime to ensure vehicles are on the road.
• Coordinate with clients for out-of-lease repairs.
• Communicate with clients to schedule appointments and provide updates on service status.
• Monitor and update repair and mileage information.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
• Education and Training:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Technical Qualifications:
o Experience in the automotive industry is an added advantage.
