Job Requirements
• A minimum of degree in Human resources, 3year experience in human resources, knowledge of employee legislations, full understanding of HR functions and best practices, Labour relations certificate will be an added advantage
Responsibilities:
• Preparing job descriptions and the management of employment processes Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and system Communicating to staff about issues affecting their performance
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
• Assist in performance management processes Oversee the health and safety of all employees

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
