Job Purpose
Assist the Senior Human Resource Officer to perform HR functions
Key, Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement, maintain and update programmes, procedures and strategies for the College in line with HR policies;
- Implement annual workplans for the College in line with HR targets;
- Provide technical support and implement decisions of the College subcommittees in line with HR policy;
- Implement College development and change management programmes in line with HR policy;
- Implement and identify gaps in the HR manual and recommend inputs for updating it in line with HR policy;
- Capture, process, maintain and update College records on HURIS in line with HR policy;
- Compile and keep records of payroll, benefits and allowances of College staff in line with HR policy;
- Coordinate with the Centre in the implementation of HR policies.
