JOB DETAILS:
Responsible for the management of HR Information Systems- HRIS (Performance Management System, Payroll Systems, Learning Management System, HR Intranet) Data, Data Analysis, Preparation of Simple and Complex Reports, analyzing information and employee data services that relate to HRIS.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage HR Information Systems- HRIS (on-boarding new employees, Performance Management System, Payroll Systems, leave management, updating of staff details in Oracle).
• Manage and supervise data input in all HR Information Systems i.e. Staff and Business Information: Organization structures, job profiles, biodata, transitions, updates, amendments.
• Prepare simple and complex HRIS related reports and scenario analysis to support HR and Business Managers in decision making.
• Implement HRIS Business Continuity Planning and Management, Disaster Recovery and Readiness Testing as assigned and as per Bank policy requirements.
