PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide advice on talent related matters to ensure the organization’s actions are in compliance with the employment laws and statuses.

• Forecast and execute recruitment strategies to ensure the right candidates with the right skills and competencies are enrolled as per the company’s needs. 20%
• Analyse data and report to ensure accurate data is captured in the dashboard to aid strategic decision-making. 5%
• Lead employee lifecycle management, providing support and regularly reviewing the company’s talent management processes, including performance/potential management, payroll & requisitions approvals, resource planning, and succession planning. 20%
