JOB DETAILS:
The Human Resource Manager oversees all aspects related to Human resources, employee development and fostering a positive workplace culture within Bank of India (Uganda) Ltd. Will be responsible for talent acquisition, performance management and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Job Responsibilities
• Maintaining a pay plan, scheduling and conducting Job evaluations, monitoring and Implementing pay structure revisions, maintaining leave records and calculations of pay and its components.
• Maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Conducting background checks while on boarding staff.
• Maintaining work structure by updating Job requirements and job descriptions for all staff. · Identifying vacancies, arranging program for recruitment and Interviews
