DEPARTMENT: Human Resources
POSITION: HR Business Partner
REPORTS TO: Group Head of Human Resources
INTERFACES WITH: General Managers, SMT, Staff.
1. OVERALL, JOB PURPOSE
• To serve as a strategic advisor and consultant to the organization’s leadership and employees, aligning HR practices with business objectives to drive performance and foster a positive work environment. The HRBP acts as a liaison between the HR department and business units, ensuring that HR strategies and initiatives support the overall goals and values of the organization.
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR roles.
