• Proven experience as a Hotline Chef or in a similar role.
• Culinary degree or relevant culinary certification.
• In-depth knowledge of hot food preparation techniques and best practices.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining quality.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
