Justification
HFSE is a growing priority, and a critical step for strengthening Primary Health Care (PHC) infrastructure to attain the objectives outlined in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including Goals 3, 7, 11, and 13.
The HFSE Learning Agenda is being implemented in the following countries: Ethiopia, Pakistan, Uganda, and Zambia. Therefore, UNICEF Country Offices seek to hire 1 qualified Health Facility Solar Electrification (HFSE) Project Specialist Consultant for each of the above-mentioned countries.
The national consultant will be based in Uganda to manage HFSE Learning Agenda project for the country, focusing on designing, planning, implementing, and monitoring workplans to deliver HFSE project.
