Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience:
• Petroleum Industry MSc (or equivalent professional experience)
• Minimum of 10 years of international experience in drilling.
• The job holder should preferably have a previous experience in an operational position.
• Very good interpersonal skills and ability to manage an international team of engineers.
• Well design, Directional drilling, contracts management and team management.
Activities
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to HSE rules with associated implementation and control within his area of responsibility.
• Prepare and update the General Drilling Program.
• Prepare drilling related DRILLEX (CAPEX, OPEX).
• Manage and coordinate Directional drilling, MWD/LWD, Downhole tools, Drilling bits, RTOC and OCTG contracts, ensuring contracts readiness and implementation prior operation start up, and during…
