JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
The Head of Credit will be responsible for the overall credit function of the Bank. Establishes internal controls and processes for credit assessments, restructuring, monitoring and recovery in line with Bank overall Strategy and Objectives. Drives initiatives that aim to satisfy both internal and external customers.
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from an accredited institution.
• A master’s degree in business, finance or management is an added advantage.
• At least eight [15] years’ experience in a financial institution within the credit/related function. Of these at least five (5) of which must be at senior managerial level. Exposure to both Corporate & Retail lending will be added advantage.
