JOB DETAILS:
JOB PURPOSE:
Reporting to the Chief Technology, Digital and Operations Officer, the role holder will provide oversight over the administration of all Bank properties, facilities, fleet, office equipment and administrative services, working closely with vendors and government agencies regarding the placement, expansion, renovation or closure of Bank facilities while ensuring value for money and in compliance with regulatory requirements including health and safety regulations.
LOCATION: Kampala
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Fully participate in the development of annual plans for the Technology, Digital & Operations domains; lead development and implementation of Corporate Services strategy and plans, including infrastructure development projects.
• Manage the finances of the department in compliance with the bank’s financial policies and procedures; aim to optimize value for money and contribute towards overall cost reduction for the bank.
