Position function
This position is responsible for identifying, formulating, coordinating, and implementation of key product development and Marketing strategies to grow the Bank’s equity and market share.
Key responsibilities
Strategy, Research & Innovation
1. Lead the preparation of periodic strategy plans that respond to opportunities and challenges in the market as well as manage the annual business planning process, ensuring that the business plans link into and support the longer term plans.
2. Implementing strategies, international and Group marketing liaison and synergies, and measuring performance which culminates into value for money across the Bank.
3. Implementation and control of strategic plans that include: Product growth plans, Business Growth and support, Internal and external communications and Customer satisfaction.
