Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
• Design and update menus with creative and innovative dishes.
• Oversee food inventory, purchasing, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain consistent standards.

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
