The Aga Khan Foundation (AKF) an agency of the Aga khan Development network (AKDN) is committed to fostering sustainable and resilient communities. As part of our ongoing efforts to promote environmental stewardship and sustainable agricultural practices, we are seeking passionate, pragmatic and motivated individuals to join us as Green Champions in our upcoming Regenerative Agriculture initiatives in Uganda. The individuals should be residents in the districts of Kampala, Jinja, Masaka, Mukono, Wakiso, Mpigi and Mbale.
About the Role: As a Green Champion, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and promoting regenerative agriculture activities. This includes working closely with farmers, community groups, and stakeholders to implement sustainable practices that enhance soil health, increase biodiversity, and improve the livelihoods of local communities.
