About the job
For our office in Jinja Uganda, we are currently looking to recruit an energetic, charismatic, positive, resilient and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of General Manager. The General Manager is providing overall leadership to the CooP-Uganda team in articulating, implementing and monitoring the vision, strategy and programs/interventions of the organisation, as well as being responsible for CooP-Uganda’s financial wellbeing and administration. We are looking for a generalist who has experience in: – Strategic planning, monitoring and reporting; – Finance and Accounting; – Human Resource management; – PR, marketing, communication and relation management; – Managing daily operations; – Fundraising and resource mobilisation.
The applicant must be/have:
• A visionary leader with a seniority charisma, confident public speaker and a people manager.
