The Finance and Administration Assistant will support the Finance and Administration function in the Kampala Office
Reporting supervisor (s):
The Finance and Administration Assistant will report to the Finance Manager under the supervision of the Resident Programme Manager.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management of office petty cash and imprest
- Support the validation of invoices and payment requests for approval
- Follow up accountabilities for kinds advanced and review supporting documents submitted
- Manage and maintain a filling system financial documents.
- Support country programme financial reporting.
- Support logistics, procurement requests and process
- Provide administrative support.
- Carry out any other duties assigned.
