Position Summary:
Field Coordinator will support in Coordinating, planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting of all community-based programs and ensure compliancy with MUWRP and PEPFAR requirements. Generate demand for HIV prevention and care services with special focus on Adolescent girls and young women & Adolescent boys and young Men
Program planning and implementation
• Developing annual and quarterly project activity and budget plans in coordination with the Project Management team.
• Guiding the project teams in developing detailed implementation plans based on the yearly plans
• Conducting regular meetings with the Assistant Program coordinator to review work plans and to ensure the timely execution of the activities
• Work with community structures and health facilities to build harmonized linkage, referral and follow up systems.
• Creating partnerships with different stakeholders as well as maintaining, managing and developing excellent relationship building abilities.
