JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
The External Events Coordinator is responsible for coordinate all aspects of event planning, including conceptualization, event branding, stake holder management, timelines, location, coordinating and overseeing event marketing campaigns, production and reports etc. With support from the general manager, this position will also support event sales and communications, sponsor engagement, and financial management.

• Key stake holder database and contacts
• External event budgets and projections

Key functions/ Responsibilities
• Collaborate with promoters and other stake key holders to conceptualize, plan and execute profitable events at the hotels
