Responsibilities
• Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events.
• prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
• Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
• Assisting with tasks such as reviewing, prioritizing and responding to emails; answering and returning phone calls; organizing documents; maintaining records; taking notes at meetings.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial studies, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Should be adept at using technology.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
