JOB DETAILS:
Description
• Provide transportation to staff and IITA authorized passengers using IITA vehicles in accordance with IITA policies and procedures.
• Operate and maintain vehicles assigned in a manner that ensures greatest safety possible for the vehicle and its passengers and that maximizes vehicle working life.
• Assist in loading and unloading equipment, specimens and supplies onto IITA vehicles.
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic maintenance of the assigned vehicle.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure timely arrivals and departures for scheduled activities, in line with the fleet management policy.
• Keep accurate records of mileage fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance.
• Ensure the vehicle Assigned is timely serviced.
