Reports to: Managing Director
Job Purpose:
To develop, implement, and manage the Bank’s social impact strategy. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including employees, community partners, and industry leaders, to drive initiatives that align with our corporate values and enhance our social and environmental footprint. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate social responsibility (CSR), sustainability, and community engagement, with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve measurable social impact goals.
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting, Business Administration/Commerce, or related field from an accredited institution.
• A master’s degree in any business-related field.
• 12 years’ experience in banking, 5 years of which must have been at Senior management level.
