JOB DETAILS:
The Director Finance and Administration will provide strategic leadership in developing, reviewing, monitoring and implementing policies, plans, strategies and programs of the organization and ensuring proper use and accountability for resources.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: The Officer will report to the Secretary/Electoral Commission in performing the following duties:
• To advise the Secretary, Electoral Commission/Accounting Officer on matters pertaining to strategic human and financial resources;
• To provide guidance on overall Government Policy direction on Administration, Finance, Human Resource, Research and Planning;
