JOB DETAILS:
Reporting to the Team Leader – New Business, the role holder will directly promote dfcu bank products and services under the retail banking domain to customers through face-to-face interactions, focusing on building relationships and achieving sales targets across the dfcu bank network.
Key Accountabilities
• Achieve set targets. (Accounts, Personal Loans, Deposits, Agency Banking/E — Channels).
• Planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential Customers.
• Attending field activation for potential client sourcing.
• Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information.
• Ensure client KYC/ documentation is well done for both personal loans and accounts.
• Attend to customer queries and complaints.
• Prepare daily performance reports and business pipelines.
• Grow the personal asset and liability portfolio of the bank to achieve the sales targets.
