JOB DETAILS:
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Responsible for mobilizing customer deposits, scaling up of mobile banking, SMS and activity on agent banking while maintaining proactive customer advisory relationship management that includes effective selling/ cross selling and structuring of solutions for potential and existing customers in line with the set targets and strategic objectives of the bank.
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive the acquisition of customers, mobilize deposits as per set targets, and drive the scale-up of mobile banking, and activity of agent banking channels.
• Educate customers on product benefits and usage.
• Relationship Management to enhance customer retention and ensure that BRAC Uganda Bank becomes their bank of choice
• Identify and exploit cross-selling opportunities that embed the bank and its products with customer needs.
