Our client a fast-growing kindergarten and primary School with over 1500 pupils and a footstep in Kampala, Wakiso and Mukono is looking for Deputy Headteacher.
Key roles
• Assisting, supporting, representing and deputizing for the head teacher Formulating, reviewing and implementing the School Improvement Plan Taking specific responsibility for development of teaching and leaming Maintaining and developing the ethos, values and overall purposes of the school
• Lead on teaching and learning throughout the school including the curriculum
• Lead a system and culture of continual improvement and high standards in teaching through coaching, team-teaching, and demonstrating excel-lence
• Lead on all matters pertaining to statutory and internal assessment and testing, and tracking systems.
