Job Summary:
The Country Programme Lead will be responsible for implementing activities to support operationalizing priorities for NAPHS in Uganda for national ownership and sustainability, implementing strategy and capacity building activity for workforce development for health security, strengthening coverage and integration of data for surveillance, laboratory capacity building, climate informed approaches and One Health, and strengthening improved role of communities and civil society in the governance of and surveillance mechanisms for national health security.
Essential Job Functions: Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership for the staff members working on this project component, ensuring clarity of plans and priorities, encouraging effective teamwork.
