Claims Support Officer job at PAX Insurance Ltd

JOB DETAILS:
Reports to: Manager – Claims
Location: Head Office, Kampala

Job purpose
The Claims Officer assists in timely processing of claims for General Insurance Risks.

Main Duties, Responsibilities
• Registering new claims /losses as and when they occur.
• Issuance of Discharge vouchers.
• Provide high quality customer service throughout the claims process.
• To offer assistance to the claims function.

Minimum Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business related course.
• A Diploma in Insurance is an added advantage.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
