JOB DETAILS:
Summary of the role:
The Chief Operations Officer (COO) will focus on the creation and expansion of the Healthy Entrepreneurs operations in multiple countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, with the regional headquarters being in Kampala, Uganda. The role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams and ensuring the strategic alignment of operations with the organization’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies to build and manage operations, distribution, and customer processes and systems at optimal costs Ensure compliance of all country operations with the organization’s procedures and guidelines.
• Expand the network of Healthy Entrepreneurs in all countries and build operational teams at national and global level
• Drive the (intra)organizational learning agenda
• Supervise organizational development in all countries
• Work closely with the Chief Technology
