JOB DETAILS:
Job Overview:
The Chef will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality meals that meet customer specifications while adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards. The role includes planning menus, ensuring the freshness and quality of ingredients, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
Key Duties:
• Prepare and cook complete meals in cooperation with the kitchen team.
• Ensure timely service of high-quality food.
• Monitor the freshness, cleanliness, and quality of all ingredients used.
• Plan menus, estimate food requirements, and manage inventory.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure all workstations meet sanitation regulations.
• Supervise and guide kitchen staff to maintain agreed standards.
• Implement and adhere to Food Safety Management systems, including HACCP.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Employee Relations Manager or manager-on-duty.
