About the Role
The Business Transformation Senior Analyst – Uganda & Kenya at Sun King will oversee diverse transformation initiatives across projects and pilot management, process improvement, digital transformation, product innovation, expansion, and market research.
What you will be expected to do
Change Management:
• Stear change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and systems across the organization.
• Develop and execute strategies to manage organizational change effectively, including stakeholder communication and training programs.
Project and Pilot Management:
• Manage and execute a range of projects and pilots, from conception to scale-up, ensuring alignment with Sun King’s strategic goals.
• Utilize best-fit project management methodologies to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
