JOB DETAILS:
Purpose of the Role:
The position holder takes the lead in planning and implementing Business Development Skill Training for refugee retailers, in close collaboration with the World Food Programme (WFP). S/he offers technical support for curriculum content and the development of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) systems. Additionally, the position holder conducts training sessions for retailer groups in refugee settlements.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical advice and support for project planning (20%)
• Take lead in developing content and methodologies for the short business skill course tailormade for retailers in refugee settlements.
• Contribute to the design of materials and teaching aids.
• Prepare workplans and training schedules.
• Contribute to and assist in the design of M & E framework, tools and plan.
