Reports to: Manager – Business Development & Partnership
Location: Head Office, Kampala
Job Purpose
To develop and execute strategies to increase PAX sales and profitability through identification of profitable opportunities.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop a business growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities in line with customer needs.
• Promote company products and services with strong knowledge and application.
• Develop and implement effective business plan strategies to provide focus and maximize revenue growth.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Provide dependable feedback and after-sales support to all clients.
• Assist in product innovation & corporate image management.
• Ensure business acquisition is in alignment with statutory provisions.
