JOB DETAILS:
The position is responsible for onboarding brokers and facultative partners that generate profitable business aligned to the company’s vision and mission. They oversee and set sales targets for brokers, monitor performance, and ensure they maintain effective and strong business relationships inline with the company’s operating manuals.
