Are you passionate about business growth and skilled in driving sales strategies? The Stoneridge School is launching a bakery to provide fresh bread and baked goods for our learners and parents and we are seeking a Bakery Operations and Business Manager to oversee the business side of this exciting venture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote the bakery’s products to learners, parents and the wider community.
• Manage day-to-day bakery operations, ensuring smooth coordination between the production team and sales channels.

• Monitor inventory levels and work closely with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of ingredients.
• Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, suppliers and local businesses.
• Oversee pricing strategies, cost control and profit margins to ensure the bakery’s financial sustainability.
