Main Responsibilities
• Developing Marketing Strategies:
Creating comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives and conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities. This contributes significantly to the role’s overall performance (30%).
• Brand Management:
Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels, enhancing brand awareness, and maintaining a strong brand identity (20%).
• Campaign Management:
Planning, executing, and overseeing marketing campaigns while measuring and analyzing their performance to optimize results (15%).
• Budget Management:
Allocating and managing the marketing budget effectively to ensure cost-efficient use of resources and maximize ROI (10%).
• Team Leadership and Development:
Leading and mentoring the marketing team while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment (10%).
