JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Supervise food preparation to ensure quality and consistency.
• Assist in menu planning and food costing.
• Train and guide kitchen staff to improve their skills.

• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
• Experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
• Knowledge of various cuisines and cooking methods.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Culinary certification or equivalent experience.
